But at the time, I didn’t know what I was feeling, what was happening or what I needed to do, all I knew was that I was ANGRY. At everyone and everything.
I was:
✔️reacting not responding to a trigger
✔️easily set off because I was NOT grounded in what I needed
✔️so damn MEAN as an outward reflection of my internal sentiment. .
HERES THE PRO TIP: that anger and resentment is a SYMPTOM that something in your life is off, out of alignment and a need, maybe on you didn’t know you had, isn’t being met.
Listen to what your inner knowing is telling you and the more COMFORTABLE you get with being UNCOMFORTABLE, sitting with your symptoms, the more you’ll be able to:
✔️subside the resentment
✔️calm the anxiety
✔️identify and speak on what you need
